On Friday 12th February, we had Chinese New Year Celebration in the school. Actually, the real day is on Sunday 14th but it is on weekend. Mrs. Juliana gave the red envelops and oranges to the students. Orange represents the unity and red envelop is the gift employers would like to thank you the employees for the work they have done for the employers. The students also learned what are Chinese people do during the 3 days celebrations. This year is special because Chinese New Year and Valentines’ Day are the same day. We had many special foods that day…. Yummy!
